Food and Drug Administration
The FDA regulates human and veterinary drugs, vaccines and other biological products, medical devices, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, products that give off radiation, and tobacco.The section of the FDA Web site devoted to Cosmetic Law can be found here.

openFDA
Currently a pilot program including data on reports (2004-2013) of drug adverse effects and medication errors. FDA plans to expand openFDA to include data on product recalls and product labeling.

The Food and Drug Law Institute is a non-profit organization that provides a marketplace for discussing food and drug law issues through conferences, publications and member interaction.
