The FDA regulates human and veterinary drugs, vaccines and other biological products, medical devices, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, products that give off radiation, and tobacco.The section of the FDA Web site devoted to Cosmetic Law can be found here.

Currently a pilot program including data on reports (2004-2013) of drug adverse effects and medication errors. FDA plans to expand openFDA to include data on product recalls and product labeling.
